Draft the plan for: One of the problems of using the API key to sync all the documents from HTML docs for other cloud is that now every document which has been synced looks like there's a guest person viewing the doc because the access is via the key. We need to think of a better way of doing that without a key, using login, so that it doesn't look like it's a different person or a guest who's looking into it.

First draft is live in the stage panel. Now let me explore the actual sync code and API auth path to make the plan concrete.

The plan has been reviewed and is APPROVED. Execute it now. Read the approved plan from /Users/raunaqnaidu/projects/html-docs/plans/one-of-the-problems-of-using-the-api-key-to-sync.html (it may have changed since your last edit — the user annotates and edits it directly) and carry out the work it describes. The plan file is now FROZEN as the record of what was agreed — do not edit it. Track progress with the Task tools (TaskCreate/TaskUpdate) instead; the app renders them live.
