NVDA Post-Earnings: $81.6B Revenue, Stock Sells Off Anyway
Beat by $3B, guided Q2 to $91B, $80B buyback, dividend raised 25x
Jensen says "demand has gone parabolic." The market says "already priced in." At $215, you're 9% below the 52-week high and right in the planned entry zone. Vera Rubin on track for H2 2026.
CRWV Insider Exodus Intensifies
CEO ($19.7M), CTO ($7.8M), CFO ($1M), COO ($1.75M) all sold in May
Down 44% from 52-week high. All under 10b5-1 plans, but the velocity is alarming. Stay-away thesis intact.

Rising long-term rates compress equity multiples for high-growth tech. Watch for stabilization before deploying the full semi rotation.

Manchester United

Carrick made permanent, UCL locked, Bruno ties the assist record -- one match left at Brighton.

Carrick Gets the Keys: Permanent Manager Until 2028
Confirmed May 22 -- two-year deal with option for a third
11 wins from 16 games as interim. Replaced Amorim's chaos with clarity. Champions League secured with a game to spare. The shortlist reportedly included Tuchel and Emery, but the board went with the man already delivering results.
Bruno Fernandes: 20 Assists, Tied for the All-Time PL Record
One game at Brighton to break it outright
His assist for Mbeumo in the 3-2 win over Forest was his 20th of the season. Whatever you think about his consistency, when the system works around him, he's genuinely world-class.
Transfer Watch: Tonali (~EUR 80M) and Ederson (~EUR 50M)
Carrick reportedly "specifically wants" Tonali as his first signing
Di Marzio reports a EUR 150M double midfield deal is close. Casemiro's future uncertain, Maguire could leave on a free. Free agent targets: Upamecano, Vlahovic, Maignan.

Music

Olivia Rodrigo, Bleachers, Dua Lipa, and the FIFA World Cup anthem all dropped this week.

Olivia Rodrigo -- "The Cure"
Premiered at The Metrograph, NYC on May 21
First real taste of whatever her next album cycle becomes. She's still the center of gravity for pop right now.
Bleachers -- "Everyone for Ten Minutes"
Jack Antonoff's new album. Reviews: lukewarm.
Far Out Magazine: "a thin score that never strays anywhere intrepid." Standout track: "The Van." Stream it if you're an Antonoff completist, skip it otherwise.
Stern Grove 2026: Al Green, Public Enemy, Patti LaBelle
Free concerts every Sunday, June 14 - August 16
Also: Major Lazer, Japanese Breakfast, Suki Waterhouse. Register for lottery tickets at sterngrove.org. The best free live music series in the country.

Startups

Altman's $338M token play on YC, Q1 VC hit $300B (81% AI), SpaceX IPO imminent.

Altman's Mic Drop: $2M in OpenAI Tokens Per YC Startup
169 startups, uncapped SAFEs, ~$338M total in compute-for-equity
Brilliant and terrifying. Locks startups into OpenAI early, could yield 2% equity in any company that hits $100M. VCs are split: subsidy or trojan horse?
Q1 2026 VC: $300B Deployed, 81% to AI
150% YoY increase, led by OpenAI's $122B mega-round
Strip out OpenAI and it's still historically strong. The angel investor question: has the money completely detached from fundamentals?
SpaceX S-1 Filed: ~$1.75T, NASDAQ June 12
$70-90B raise could be the largest IPO in history
If it prices well, it clears the path for Anthropic and OpenAI IPOs. More AI companies public = more infra spend = more demand for ASML/TSM/NVDA.

Robotics

Figure AI ran for 200 hours straight, Atlas is lifting 100-lb appliances, production scaling is real.

Figure AI's 200-Hour Marathon
8-hour test became the robotics demo of the year
Figure 03 robots sorted 63,000+ packages over 200+ hours with zero robot failures. CEO Brett Adcock said there was "a high chance something would break." Nothing did. This is the moment humanoid robotics stopped being a demo.
Boston Dynamics Atlas Lifts 100-lb Appliances
Reinforcement learning from simulation to real-world industrial tasks
Not choreographed dancing anymore -- practical heavy lifting. Hyundai plans 25,000+ Atlas deployments across US factories starting 2028.
The Production Race: 10K Units Each
EngineAI (Shenzhen) and 1X (Hayward, CA) both targeting 10,000 units in year one
For context, Unitree shipped 5,500 humanoid robots total in all of 2025. The scaling story is moving from PowerPoint to factory floor.
