Monet and Venice Culture

In collaboration with the GLBT Historical Society, YBCA traces the roots and futures of queer and trans movements through art. Perfectly timed for Pride month. Free Wednesday evenings with extended hours until 8pm -- one of the best museum deals in the city.

Jagged Little Pill: The Musical Culture

Alanis Morissette's 1995 album turned into a Tony-winning musical that's sharper than you'd expect. 'You Oughta Know,' 'Ironic,' 'Hand in My Pocket' woven into a story about a family unraveling. The music holds up; the storytelling gives it new teeth.
