Terms of Service
The terms for using HTML Docs and its APIs and connectors.
Effective August 14, 2026
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Do not share API keys or authorize connectors you do not trust.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HTML Docs the limited rights needed to host, process, synchronize, display, and back up that content and to perform actions you request through integrations. You represent that you have the rights and required participant consents for documents, recordings, summaries, and transcripts you import.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or others’ rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape at abusive volume, or upload content you are not permitted to process. Automated clients must follow rate limits and tool confirmation requirements.
Third-party services
Claude, OpenAI, Granola, Zoom, Supabase, and other linked services have their own terms and availability. HTML Docs is not responsible for third-party products, and integrations may change when their APIs change.
Plans, availability, and termination
Paid features, limits, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, or material breach. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. AI output and imported notes can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before reliance. To the extent permitted by law, HTML Docs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
