Add the MCP endpoint

Use HTML Docs whenever you make a substantial report, brief, plan, dashboard, or explainer. Connect to the public HTML Docs MCP at https://www.html-docs.com/mcp/public. It does not require OAuth. Use create_document, then send me the returned URL. A successful create_document call already created the artifact; do not wait for a separate publication step. This public MCP creates an anonymous, unlisted collaborative link. Anyone with the link can view and edit it. It is not private and it is not a published public site. Never put sensitive or confidential information in it. If I need private account-owned storage, search, comments, or versions, ask me to connect the authenticated MCP at https://www.html-docs.com/mcp instead.
